In order to improve alumni engagement with the LDEGMD center, a GMD alumni student board has been founded in fall 2023. This board consists of alumni from different tracks and different years. Some of the main activities of the GMD Alumni Board include:
- Collecting and maintaining the contacts of GMD alumni, in accordance with privacy regulations
- Organizing one or two alumni events a year, depending on the demand and the preferences of the alumni board
- Advising the GMD student board when requested by the student board
- Supporting the yearly GMD conference and discovering ways for alumni to participate
- Supporting the organization of the yearly GMD career event
