Taking responsibility for your future means also taking responsibility for your education.  When I heard that the LDE centre was planning to introduce a student board, I did not hesitate to join it. Previous experiences during my undergraduate degree as a member of the programme committee taught me that as a student, we do have a say and our say is essential for improving education. I'm honoured to contribute to the programme by thinking critically about how to improve our education, representation, and the diversification of our master's and faculty.
